U.S.REFERENDUM ON CONSTITUTION: THE TOASTER BILL

A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

The word 'toaster' shall be inserted before the word 'militia'.  The words 'and bear arms' shall be replaced by the word "toasters".
