Minister for Foreign Affairs
Parliament House
CANBERRA ACT 2600
Dear Minister
Re: Trevor Kingsley Ferdinands – Minister for
Foreign Affairs – Russia crisis
Congratulations on your election victory and appointment to
the Abbott Ministry as Minister for Foreign Affairs. I think after all is said and done history
will record the Rudd-Gillard years as the scatterbrain years.
Today is a serious day for the Minister for Foreign
Affairs. All too often foreign affairs
is seen as something un-Australian and very pro-American. This means Australia does not have a foreign
policy or a foreign presence in the region and any presence is mere tokenism
and flag-waving.
United Nations General
Assembly Resolution 68/39
On the 27 March 2014 one hundred nations voted for the
principles of sovereignty and territorial rights over Ukraine and the Crimea
region. This issue has now turned to
those who abstained, those who were absent on such a crucial vote and those who
voted against the resolution.
Principles are philosophies and ideologies that we all share
and aspire to and these include peace, harmony, tolerance and high ethics
including high morality. When nations
sees other nations suffering and abstain from making their message felt, or
remain absent during voting and debate or who dare to vote against basic
principles that all Australians believe in there must be massive consequences.
As Minister for Foreign Affairs many see you as weak and
inefficient. Thus, you need to lift your
profile but more, much more you need to change your attitude.
People who are not friends (Australia’s friends) of democracy
and want to rule by the gun and the bomb will kill you and kill me to get their
way. The killing has not yet begun in
Australia and only good management will stop it from ever taking hold.
By sitting back, and sitting back, and sitting back you have
shown the world you are a coward. By not
addressing the situation of nations rejecting the United Nations Resolution, or
those who were absent or those who abstained from voting, shows that Australia is
spineless nation led by self-serving individuals.
The following nations wear democracy on their sleeves and are
not autocratic or dictatorial:
Albania, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Belgium, Benin, Bhutan, Bulgaria, Cameroon, Canada, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Chile, Colombia,
Costa Rica,
Croatia,
Cyprus,
Czech
Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo,
Denmark,
Dominican Republic, Estonia,
Finland,
France,
Georgia, Germany,
Greece,
Guatemala,
Guinea,
Haiti,
Honduras,
Hungary,
Iceland,
Indonesia,
Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kiribati,
Kuwait,
Latvia,
Liberia,
Libya,
Liechtenstein,
Lithuania,
Luxembourg,
Macedonia, Madagascar,
Malawi,
Malaysia,

Samoa,
San Marino,
Saudi Arabia,
Seychelles,
Sierra Leone,
Singapore,
Slovakia,
Slovenia,
Solomon
Islands, Somalia, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland,
Thailand,
Togo, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia,
Turkey,
Ukraine,
United
Kingdom, and the United States of America.
It is now important that you take the lead and
invite all leaders of these nations to an emergency summit, here in Canberra
about what to do with the Ukraine, Crime and Russia problem and finding a new
solution.
Australia’s
response and hard sanctions
That solution includes understanding that Putin is
man of the year and he has responded to the votes and voice of the people New
York Island has always been part of America.
Thus, what you need to do is to reschedule a vote for 12 months’ time
using the Australian Electoral Commission to complete the electoral roll and
post out ballot papers to all residents with a properly constructed worded
question for the referendum, namely “Do you believe that Crimea should be part of Ukraine or not?
The question is important. It then frees Crimea from both Russia and
Ukraine. The word Russia does not appear
on the ballot paper. Russia has too many
weapons and fighters and Ukraine is weak and pathetic and cannot fight at all
and will not fight, thus the Russians think they can take what is not theirs.
There must be consequences for nations who are
plainly stupid.
The following nations have shown they cannot be
trusted or relied upon by Australia because they are unreliable and uncertain
about basic issues of law and education as a civilised nation, namely:
Armenia, Belarus, Bolivia, Cuba, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela,
and Zimbabwe.
The above mentioned nations voted to reject outright the United
Nations Resolutions. Imposing travel
restrictions and economic sanctions on individuals, families, businesses and
corporations of Armenia,
Belarus,
Bolivia,
Cuba, Nicaragua,
North Korea,
Russia,
Sudan,
Syria,
Venezuela,
and Zimbabwe
is the only solution to the problem of mischief makers.
The following nations have shown gross incompetence I the
matters of the United Nations Resolution by not being present or abstaining
from a crucial vote about a nation’s sovereignty and territorial rights:
Abstaining from one of the most crucial votes in United
Nations history were Afghanistan,
Algeria,
Angola,
Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina,

Burundi,
Cambodia,

Timor-Leste,

Tuvalu,
United Arab Emirates, Vanuatu,
and Yemen.
Duty and Responsibility
I ask you as Minister for Foreign Affairs to take a more
serious approach to your duties. It is
enough that third-world countries and terrorist nations let down the United
nations with their appalling lack of English law and culture but as Minister
for Foreign Affairs you need to clear the table on this topic and write
personally now to the Top 100 who supported Ukraine and call for an Australian
summit, but further write to the leaders and heads of all other nations and
demand to know why they acted as they did and why they believe Australia should
not impose travel restrictions and economic constraints upon their country for
next seven (7) years.
The issue is not being friends with the European Union (EU),
or North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) or the United States of America
(USA) the issue is; are you friends of justice and are you friends of
democracy?
The issues of Crimea are fraud. The issue of separatist movements using
weapons is both fraud and murder.
Nations such as Armenia,
Belarus,
Bolivia,
Cuba, Nicaragua,
North Korea,
Russia,
Sudan,
Syria,
Venezuela,
Zimbabwe,
Afghanistan,

United Arab Emirates, Vanuatu,
and Yemen
who are uneducated and irresponsible must be distanced from Australia with no
investments or migration whatsoever for 200 years.
These are very fundamental issues. Murder is not just wrong it is criminal. Fraud is not some sort of game of stealing
land and legal rights from nations by bogus electoral processes but utterly
criminal. As Minister for Foreign Affairs it is
now your duty and responsibility to act with maturity, something you have
failed to do since election to office in September 2013, and show leadership. I urge you to take stock today and try not to
be a scatterbrain while in office.
There are rules in this world that run and control the world but
also there are customs and traditions that we must all obey. If persons with guns think they can over
throw governments and kill innocent people and disrupt communities with their
aggression and violence then it is up to all of us who are sane and coherent to
move against them on mass and remove them from power or any position in the
community where they can cause harm, injury or death to any other decent
innocent honest hardworking individual or family.
The international community has done it’s very little bit and
Australia has done nothing.
Russia is involved with Australia in various forums. Thus emergency meetings of those forums are
necessary and the Russian President, Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs
Minister must be told to comply with norms of international law and not be an
international thug.
I am available to assist with the summit and conference. The matter would be no more than 3 months
contract work to 6 months at the very least.
The sum sought is five hundred a fifty dollars per hour for 10 hours
work per day five days a week by appointment.
A position will need to be created somewhere within the Foreign Affairs
Ministry. Ultimately, as Minister you
make the final decision and you are not a puppet to the Secretary of the
Department or the Prime Minister. The
issues cannot be more serious than a worldwide network of people who are simply
uneducated, ignorant and ill-taught in the English ways of life of decency and
decorum and all they want to be is thieves and thugs and kill and rob other
people’s property. These people are
savages and they have shown the world they are unfit for any seat in the United
Nations.
As I write to you on this very important and urgent topic I
inform you that police officers and army soldiers from Ukraine have been shot
and killed by pro-Russian supporters but more alarmingly heavy weapon including
machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades have been used in street
fighting. Thus, diplomacy may have
failed but we must all try to bring stability to an unbalanced region. The world is on the verge of very serious
fighting and conflict, and Australia cannot sit back and be idle.
Proposal
I have shown great initiative and much more than any
department head or former minister. I have proposed a world summit. It is not a Young Liberal sausage sizzle! Nor
is it a Sunday afternoon Lion’s book sale.
It is a professional summit of world leaders. Thus, one hundred world leaders need to be booked
into conference rooms and hotels with their security, departmental staff and
foreign media. It is a crisis summit and
not a sightseeing tour of Canberra and rural Australia. Human lives in their tens of thousands are at
high risk. One cannot sit back and
fiddle while Rome burns, as one with a conscious must act for the sake of
justice and democracy.
I hope to hear from you by Monday 26 May 2014.
Yours faithfully
T.K. FERDINANDS
