RACIAL GRATIFICATION: THE CIVIL REMEDY

The civil law claim for damages for acts of racial gratification, if proven in court, must be sufficient to assist the victim.

The amount of money should be capped at $5.5 million dollars.  In business and government there are many talented minority group and black people but they are being withheld and hindered by clandestine racist and racist policies.

Racial gratification must be stamped out from business and government.  The courts have a role to play as does each business leader.  When there is deep racism in an organisation such as law enforcement or the courts, then the maximum damages must be paid to the victim.

The victim needs to be rehabilitated and cannot be thrown on the scrap heap of society, thus a payment of a sound basis on sound reasoning is required.

The evidence is clear today, that many people have escaped the law merely because the law of Racial Gratification does not exist.

I call upon the British Prime Minister David William Donald Cameron to meet with me and to discuss news laws of racial gratification to protect life and property.  Every person is entitled to life....every person.  Thus, a happy life is all we want for all minority groups and blacks and eradication to racism.
