Vladimir Putin; INTERNATIONAL MAN OF THE YEAR 2014, 2015 & 2016

Vladimir Putin.  This name needs no introduction.  he is a man of values and principles.  There would not be a soldier in his army that would be unsuccessful in war or the battlefield or at home in his barracks.

Vladimir Putin is accountable to the world.  there is an International Criminal Court.  I say if he is guilty of anything charge him or banned him from Europe and Asia or drag him through the US Supreme Court but what has he done?  he has fought evil and the evildoer who have acted in concert with evil.

Vladimir Putin is International man of the Year.  In a fews years time when the skirmishes in the Middle east are over millions and millions of people will return to Syria.

It is now time for KINGSLEY FERDINANDS to give Vladimir Putin a few activities to do:

1.  Build a New Syrian Army of those lads who fled to Europe.  Training can start in the Crimea for 5 years.  Soliders, Military Police officers, Police officers and Correctional Service officers are required.  Vladimir Putin you need 500,000 soldiers, 200,000 police officers and 200,000 correctional service officers.  You need a diverse force from the top of Syria to the bottom.

2.  You need to commence a fresh electoral roll.  Every person alive is to be placed on that roll and a free vote is to be conducted in five years time of the population.

3.  You must create two new political parties - one business and the other labour.  Once you have done that you will vet every party official and every party member.

4.  You need to sell all the rubble in Syria.  The rubble needs to be checked forany old building materials that are dangerous namely asbestos.  New houses need to be built.  As Administrator appointed by the people of the world and me, you are directed and authorized to give each adult male from the age of 16 to 55 two-and-a-half acre block.  This land is to be used to build a house and can also be used to create a small vegetable and fruit tree garden.

5.  The national water Pipeline.  You need to capture now all fighters and aliens in Syria and put them to work digging a ditch from the Russia highlands across Iran and into Syria.  It will take sic years to dig and you will need 50000 charcaters to get this project done.  Prisoners must work and die on the pipeline.  No one sits around because there is lots of work to day.

6.  For keeping the peace and fighting for peace you are awarded Internayional Man of the Year for 2016.
