The 2013 Senator Ferdinands “Go Kingsley Go” Campaign has a
first past the post policy with regards to the protection of Australian
taxpayers and that policy is if a taxpayer wants an accused person who has
violated their persons or property charged under federal law in the Federal
magistrate's Court then the state police (SAPOL) will have no say and
Australian Federal Police will take over; thus all those who light fires
especially on days like as this will serve time in federal prison (25 years or
more) under federal laws. Today, the
state criminal laws and arson laws do not work and many arsonists are being
'watched' or 'spoken to' by police.
Well, I say, BIG DEAL, what good is speaking to someone who has burnt
down your home or watching someone who has burnt down your business. SAPOL has lost the plot and many fire bugs
love days like today with so much national media attention. VOTE KINGSLEY FERDINANDS and end the
nonsense.
