SENATOR FERDINANDS - CHRISTMAS GIFT TO ALL YEAR 10, YEAR 11 AND YEAR 12 STUDENTS.
Senator Ferdinands has grand plan for all Year 10, Year 11 and Year 12 students to assist in their summer holidays.
Commencing from December 1 every year, all students who have progressed well in academic studies and sports shall receive the following financial supplements to assist them over the summer period from 1 December to 1 March each financial year:
Year 10 shall receiver forty five ($45.00) per week;
Year 11 shall receive fifty five ($55.00_ dollars per week; and
Year 12 shall receive sixty five ($65.00) dollars per week.
Senator Ferdinands says, "Clearly, the time of summer is when school is closed and students are out and about. It is unfair to allow some students in the minority to access the job market and find employment and a vast majority do not access that market and cannot find time to work around the home or visit families let alone assist in local shops and super markets.
This new plan pays for itself in terms of creating model citizens and model students as those who have done well will benefit and those who have not are not entitled. Thus, there shall be a easy system for all good students to do well and be rewarded over summer but those who are trouble makers and disruptive shall not benefit from Senator Ferdinands' new plan.

WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THE PRIVATIVE CLAUSE IN LEGISLATION?
A Privative Clause Decision:
1. Is Final and Conclusive; and
2. Must Not Be Challenged, Appealed, Reviewed, Quashed or Called Into Question by Any Court; and
3. Is Not Subject To Prohibition, Mandamus, Injunction, Declaration, Or Certiorari In Any Court On Any Account.

Does The Privative Clause Act as a Tool For Fighting Corruption? or Does The Privative Clause Actually Harbours and Fosters Corruption in Law and The Courts?
If a prosecution is based on fraud and corruption then it maybe that prosecutors who have concealed evidence or fabricated evidence may roll-the-dice and give it a shot of obtaining a verdict in fraud and corruption knowing that the judgment is bound by a privative clause and there shall be no further appeal whatsoever. What does this means?
This means that people who represent themselves need to be on the attack from day one to expose every aspect of the prosecution case and not hold back, and hold back for another appeal because simply put, there are no further appeals. If the judge gets it wrong with his evidence, summing up or final judgment then the Crown escape with fraud and corruption. If you get it right and the judge is too weak to call it fraud and corruption then the Crown wins again.
There are too many weak minded fools in justice. But there are lots of fools who love their salaries and perks and also writing fairy tales as so called judgments.
The integrity of justice is that the house never wins but the soul of injustice is that the house wins all the time.

Unfortunately, there is a deep mental sickness in the criminal justice system in South Australia. This has been allowed to flourish because of the deep racist attitudes of the state government.
People should be warned now not to sit back to follow closely every move, especially at night around, brothels, massage parlours, hotels, clubs and pubs of members of the Law Society of South Australia and past members of the Law Society of South Australia.
This criminal conduct is amusing to those persons who reap large profits from criminal activity in South Australia while the state police turn a blind eye.
It is sad that corruption has been seen powerful to overcome the individual and where the state uses the criminal justice system especially the police service and the courts to hunt, terrorise and even murder citizens of the state in the name of law enforcement.
Senator Ferdinands has always said there must always be truth in a justice system for all and there can never be a police service or court house that is an agent or puppet of a state government as there is in South Australia.
Corrupt police officers are rewarded in South Australia.
Corrupt judges and magistrates are rewarded in South Australia.
Corrupt politicians are well and truly looked after in South Australia by the Attorney General's Department.
Senator Ferdinands cannot help you but will pray for you so that God may show you the way of how to change things for the better as he showed the Nazi Party in 1932 to 1945 and the Russian government from 1943 to 2014.
Those people who are sick and have a mental disease need help but they refuse to get help and their disease is only encourage by the Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia.
Justice has had sad moments and many of them are directly caused by weak and inefficient magistrates and judges. Hopefully something new and bright will surface in the next few years in South Australia otherwise we are all doomed.
The media have played a HUGE role is allowing the mental diseases of legal practitioners to flourish. can you think of the last time Rupert Murdoch ran a story about barrister's in brothels??? or magistrates in massage parlours??? I think not. It seems Murdoch press need the corrupt judges for corrupt judgments that favour them and no one else.
Is the media in Australia going down the toilet because of bad management and practices?
Is the media controlled making it corrupt?, or Is the media so scared of journo being killed as in Middle East and Russia that it will not report corruption in South Australia?

Senator Ferdinands says, "Many children are too scared to speak up that they do not want anything to do with guns but their fathers or male partners who are extremely aggressive and destructive want their children to hold guns and fire guns. Children are being abused. Governments around the world have failed to remove these children from dangerous families and have allowed them to grow up in homes where firearms, guns, ammunition, killings, the US Constitution and yes, even bloody politics is rammed down their throats everyday".

The annual Whistlerblowers Protection dinner is on Saturday, 22 November 2014.
This is the 13th year of the dinner and all welcome.
This year we remember all public servants and police officers but also say special prayers for the deaths of Ms Jill Meagher, Daniel Morecombe and Chloe Valentine, who would all be alive today if it had not been for gross incompetence in police and utter laziness in senior police commands.
It is sad that some Commissioners of Police have chosen to engage in racism, fraud, dishonesty and corruption and abuse their public office in the pursuit of exterminating and persecuting diligent and honest young police officers, but these Commissioners of Police only have their minds on their wallets and perks and could not give a damn about victims of crime.
The courthouse should be a place of true integrity and honesty but some magistrates, judges and Justices are nothing more than a farce! The courthouse of any state or territory is a place where any senior police officer with a mental disability can run any fraud against any decent law abiding police officer in the most horrific and awful manner to show the world that corruption exists above truth and justice and any public servant or police officer that wishes to make any public interest disclosure will find him or herself on the garbage pile of the unemployment market place.
When a courthouse is so dishonest and so corrupt the state or territory becomes a criminals playground.
The losers are the people of that state or territory. The winners are the police-mob, the police mafia and the imposters.
NEW LEGISLATION MUST BE DRAFTED TO FIGHT RACISM, FRAUD, DISHONESTY AND CORRUPTION IN THE POLICE SERVICE AND JUDICIARY.

This morning, Senator Ferdinands has called for the complete disarming of all conventional and nuclear weapons from Russia.
Mr Ferdinands says, "I have always been a strong advocate for small armed forces in the modern era that maintain a ceremonial role with honour guards and protection forces for vital assets but I have never advocated whole sale numbers as seen in Russia, North Korea and China of million man armies. The time has come for all of us to sleep better at night and not allow any nation on earth to keep on building up military arsenals only to use them in some psycho-war episode".
Russia has threaten nuclear war with Europe as it seeks to invade Crimea and Eastern Ukraine. Russia loves the Ukrainian President who is playing into Russia's hands by antagonising the issue and making statements that "Ukraine is headed for total war".
Mr Ferdinands says, "The time has come to isolate Russia and all who support Russia by placing a 33% per cent tax on all business that engage with Russia or Russian citizens and 50% per cent tax on all services used by Russia provided by any other country".
Mr Ferdinands is waiting for the Ukrainian President to email him some time today at senator.ferdinands@hotmail.com to discuss what new legislation the Ukrainian parliament can pass to reverse the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Mr Ferdinands has a four-point strategy to remove all Russian backed forces in eastern Ukraine and also issue international arrest warrants against Russian backed leaders in the Hague for war-crimes, crimes against humanity and murder.
Mr Ferdinands expects Russian President Mr Putin to email him some time this week to discuss what is going on in the Ukraine.

PROPOSED ACTION FOR JUDICIAL REVIEW
I acknowledge receipt of the documents lodged with your letter of 23 July 2014.
As it appeared to me that the documents constituted an abuse of process within the
meaning of Rule 53 of the Supreme Court Civil Rules 20061referred them to a
Master of the Court.
The Master has directed me to reject the documents. I return them with this letter.
The documents are an attempt to re-litigate matters that occurred more than 13 years
ago through the vehicle of a request to the Commissioner in May this year for a
review. That is an abuse of process.
