KINGSLEY FERDINANDS: Same-Sex Marriage is not our culture

KINGSLEY FERDINANDS:  Same-Sex Marriage is not our culture
If elected to the Senate in 2013/14 Mr Ferdinands says, “Within 24 hours of the first day of the new Parliament I will introduce new legislation under the Marriage Act that provides definition of a marriage between a man and a woman.  I will also introduce new reforms to ensure a man and a woman remain faithful to one another and that any person be it another man or another woman who seeks to ruin and destroy that marriage shall face charges, investigation and prosecution.  There shall be a maximum $500,000 fine for the offending party and 5 years imprisonment.  Web sites and social networks that encourage flings, group-sex and destruction of marriage will face fines of $10 million dollars and 7 years imprisonment for directors who engage in such negligent and promiscuous activity”.
This is a significant change to laws of the Marriage Act.  Furthermore and woman who has been involved in a forced marriage from 1982 until this day of election to Parliament can apply to have that marriage annulled and revoked and the parties that forced the marriage to face prosecution for breaches of basic human rights.
This is a new policy development to allow all women true freedom in marriage and the ability and capacity to protect the one thing they love most and that is marriage and true love.
Mr Ferdinands says,” Same-Sex Marriage is not our culture.  As a Roman Catholic I am sad that people who suffer such mental diseases are being misled by the American Psychological Association that only some 20 years ago this Association denounced homosexuality as a mental disease when in fact it is a severe mental disease of very immature mind men and women who have no commitment to God or country but seek to bludge 27/7 of decent heterosexual men and women who built this country”.
If elected to the Parliament I will legislate to make homosexuality a mental disease once more and proper treatment will be given to those who suffer it in federal mental institutions.

KINGSLEY FERDINANDS: Burning wood, leaves, paper and some rubbish allowed

KINGSLEY FERDINANDS:  Burning wood, leaves, paper and some rubbish allowed
If elected to the Senate in 2013/14 Mr Ferdinands says, “Within 24 hours of the first day of the new Parliament I will introduce new legislation under the environment and air quality laws of the country to allow all home owners, residents and other persons to burn off wood, leaves, paper and some rubbish on their properties”.
This is a significant change to laws of clean air in the past but I do not think rubbish burning is going to cause too much air pollution or health hazards.
This is a new policy development to allow all home owners, residents and other persons to burn off wood, leaves, paper and some rubbish on their properties and clean up their backyards.

KINGSLEY FERDINANDS: Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) – Major Break Through

KINGSLEY FERDINANDS:  Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) – Major Break Through – 3.5% per cent tax rate
If elected to the Senate in 2013/14 Mr Ferdinands says, “Within 24 hours of the first day of the new Parliament the Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) will be reduced from 15.0% per cent to a new rate to 3.5% per cent”.
This is a significant figure and down more than 11.0% per cent.
This is a new policy development to allow mum and dad investors to do their job and find a better way to improve their returns over 20 years and take some risks in retail, mining and IT stocks.
